In general, educational programs can be divided into two categories.

One is a lecture format in which the instructor unleashes his or her experiences. In such a program, the instructor can realistically describe his or her experience, but because it is an individual's own experience, it is not systematic, and in general, it is often difficult for others to imitate it.
The other is the introduction of programs mainly made in foreign countries. Although these programs are structured and offer methodologies that anyone can follow, it is very difficult to find instructors who understand and deliver the original program correctly. This is because the person who analyzed what is needed in the field, what problems there are, the person who developed the program, and the instructor are completely different people, and they have never communicated with each other. In reality, there are many cases where they stand as instructors even though they have not been properly trained in the program.
